The cottage is in the beautiful unspoiled Pays des Bastides area of Tarn, departement 81, in south west France part of the area known collectively as the Midi-Pyrénées.
The cottage is nestled in a small village only 3 km from village of Cahuzac sur Vere where all shopping facilities, tourist offices, garages, banks, doctors, dentists, pharmacies can be found. Cordes-sur-Ciel and Gaillac are less than 10mins away with Albi in the heart of the Gaillac vineyards known locally as the "Golden Triangle".
